Josie Alford is a Bristol-based poet, performer and freelance creative. Known for her sequinned stage presence and infectious warmth, her work ranges from tender explorations of loss to playful analyses of pop culture, including the Spice Girls’ back catalogue. Her debut poetry collection Faulty Manufacturing is published by Verve Poetry Press, and she also creates online content about writing and publishing poetry.
