Arron Collins-Thomas
Founder of TONIQ and cofounder of IceBreakers, Arron brings over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach. His work blends Qigong, breathwork and coldwater therapy, informed by 13 years of study in Chinese Medicine and Eastern wellness practices. He leads retreats and workshops worldwide and is passionate about sustainable approaches to health, wellbeing and men’s mental health.
Tim Bowles
A men’s coach, rural entrepreneur and cofounder of IceBreakers, Tim has dedicated his work to helping people reconnect with their inner and outer landscapes. Raised on a fifth generation family farm near Bath, he is also the founder of Campwell, an offgrid retreat and sauna enterprise. His approach blends ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience to support resilience, clarity and meaningful change.
Jack Horner
Jack is a creative strategist and community builder with 20+ years’ experience across culture, music and creative businesses, from record labels and managing brands to launching a non-alcoholic spirits brand and co-founding the regional magazine nearfield. A co-founder of Icebreakers, he brings a practical, human lens to conversations about resilience, creativity and leadership.
